HÜDHAM, which is operating at Hacettepe University Sıhhiye Campus, carries out production, housing, care and quarantine services and procedures to be applied on animals. In addition, Zebrafish Unit, Stem Cell Research and Application Center, Transgenic Animal Technologies Application and Research Center, Cancer Institute Experimental Oncology have laboratories operating under the center. Further, we have animal shelters and application laboratories in different locations on the campus.

Sprague Dawley and Wistar Albino Rat, Swiss Albino and CD-1 mice and zebrafish are produced in the center. HUDHAM is licensed for the production, use and supply of guinea pigs, mice, rats, rabbits and zebrafish, as well as for frog use and supply, and has the authority to conduct research for zebrafish and mice.
